I don't live in Northfield Township. Can I still get a library card?
Yes! We do not have residency restrictions. However, we do ask that you bring in a valid photo ID if you're over the age of 18.
Is there a minimum age to get a library card?
No, we do not have a minimum age to give a child a library card. However, we do require that a parent or legal guardian signs for any minor who wishes to have a library card. The parent or legal guardian assumes all responsibility for the items borrowed by the minor and any fees incurred due to damaged, lost, or overdue books.
